1Cancel my membership

You can cancel any time. You keep everything until the end of the time you’ve paid for.

1. Log in on our website, on your phone or computer.
2. Tap your picture or initial at the top right. On a phone, tap the menu (☰) first if you need to.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Tap Billing.
5. Next to your membership, tap the three dots (⋯).
6. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.

Use a web browser for this. The Kajabi app can’t cancel.

2Stop emails

Open any email from us and scroll to the very bottom. Tap Unsubscribe. That’s it.

It works straight away, and always within 5 business days. You’ll still get receipts and account messages.

3Reset password

1. Go to the login page.
2. Tap Forgot password.
3. Type your email and tap send.
4. Open the email from us and tap the link within 6 hours.
5. Choose a new password of 8 or more characters.

No email? Check your spam folder.

5Make the text bigger

Spread two fingers on the screen to zoom. On iPhone: Settings, then Display & Brightness, then Text Size. On Android: Settings, then Display, then Font size.
