The short version
- Your free trial is 5 days, with no card needed. After that, you only pay if you choose to join.
- Membership is A$10 a month or A$100 a year, and you can cancel any time from your account.
- Everything here is general education. Nothing is personal financial, medical or health advice.
- You need to be 18 or older to hold an account.
- Your consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and the laws where you live, always apply.

1Who we are
The Bitcoin Table is run by The Trustee for Evolve Sanctuary Retreat Trust (trustee Pete Evans Cook With Love Pty Ltd, ABN 99 204 984 831), trading as The Bitcoin Table (“we”, “us”). These terms apply when you visit our website, start a free trial, become a member or join our Partner program.

2Who can join
You need to be 18 or older to create an account, start a trial or pay for a membership. Younger readers are welcome to learn alongside an adult who holds the account.
Please give us accurate details and keep your login to yourself. Your membership is for you personally.
3Your free 5-day trial
A free chair at the table: 5 days on the house. The trial gives you full access for 5 days. You don’t need a card to start it.
When the 5 days end, your free access stops. You only pay if you choose to join the Monthly or Yearly membership, and we’ll show you the price before you pay.
One free trial per person.
4Membership, prices and billing
The Monthly membership is A$10 a month and the Yearly membership is A$100 a year. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. If you pay in another currency, your bank or card provider does the conversion and may add its own fees.
Your membership renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. For Yearly members, we’ll email you a reminder before each renewal.
If we ever change the price, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you. You can cancel before then and you won’t pay the new price.
5Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account page, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
If something we provide has a problem, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including a refund or remedy for a major failure. Nothing in these terms takes away those rights or any other consumer rights you have where you live.
6Gift memberships
A gift membership is paid once and never renews. The gift time starts on the day the receiver opens it and accepts these terms. Nobody is charged when it ends.
Gift memberships are paid once and aren’t refundable for a change of mind. Before a gift is opened, the giver can send it to someone else, and after it’s opened, the person who received it can pass it on.
If something goes wrong on our end, like a gift that never arrives or won’t open, we’ll fix it or refund the giver. This section doesn’t limit any refund or other remedy you’re entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.
7General information only: no financial, medical or health advice
The Bitcoin Table provides general information and education only. Nothing we publish, send or say in any lesson, video, tool, recipe, meal plan, email or live session is personal financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, health or nutrition advice. None of it takes into account your objectives, financial situation or needs.
Neither The Bitcoin Table nor Chef Pete Evans holds an Australian Financial Services Licence. You are responsible for your own decisions. Please consider getting advice from a licensed professional before acting, and speak with your doctor or health professional for health and diet matters. Please check ingredients for allergies.
Bitcoin is volatile and you may lose money. Our tools and charts show examples and history, and they are not predictions.
By joining, including the free 5-day trial, you confirm you have read and accept this section and our Disclaimer.
8Using our content
Our lessons, videos, recipes, meal plans, tools, words and images belong to us or the people who license them to us. You’re welcome to use them for your own learning and cooking, and to print or download recipes and meal plans where your membership allows it.
- Please don’t copy, resell, republish or share members-only content or your login.
- Please don’t use our content to train AI tools or build a competing service.
- Sharing a link to our public pages is always welcome.
9Your safety and your keys
We will never ask for your seed words, private keys or passwords. Any wallet tool on our site only ever asks for a public key (xpub), which can show balances and can’t move funds. Keeping your Bitcoin and seed words safe is your responsibility.
If someone contacts you claiming to be us and asks for money or seed words, it’s a scam. Please tell us at support@thebitcointable.com.
10Partners and Partner links
Some links on our site are Partner links. Chef Pete Evans is a Partner of The Bitcoin Adviser. If you use a Partner link and become their client, Pete may be paid. I’m a proud Partner of The Bitcoin Adviser. They charge for their service, and using my link doesn’t change the price you pay.
The Bitcoin Adviser provides its own services under its own terms. Please read those, compare your options and decide for yourself.
11Our Partner program
Members can apply to become a Partner of The Bitcoin Table and share a personal link. The commission rate, payment timing and any discount for people you refer are shown in your Partner dashboard and may change for future referrals with 30 days’ notice.
- Always say clearly that you’re a Partner and may be paid, right beside your link.
- Never promise money, returns, price rises, health results or cures.
- Only email people who have agreed to hear from you, and follow spam laws where you live.
- Don’t bid on our name in search ads or pretend to be us.
We may end a Partner arrangement if these rules are broken, and commission on refunded or cancelled payments is reversed. Commission already fairly earned is paid out.
12Suspending an account
We may suspend or close an account if someone shares their login, copies members-only content, harasses others or breaks the law. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it. If we close an account for no fault of yours, we’ll refund the unused part of any payment.
13Changes to the service and these terms
We keep adding and improving lessons, recipes and tools, and sometimes we retire older ones. The service runs on third-party platforms such as Kajabi and payment providers, whose terms also apply to their part.
If we make an important change to these terms, we’ll email members at least 30 days before it applies. If you don’t want the change, you can cancel before then.
14Our responsibility to you
We work hard to keep everything accurate and running smoothly. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for losses from your own decisions about Bitcoin, investments, health or diet. Where the law lets us limit our liability for a service, our limit is to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that can’t be excluded.
15Privacy
How we collect and use your details is set out in our Privacy Policy. We only send marketing emails if you’ve said yes, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
16Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales. If you live in another country, you also keep any consumer protections that the law where you live gives you.
