From the kitchen to the table
Real food, good health and Bitcoin, shared simply at one table.

Where it all started
I started in kitchens at 13, did my apprenticeship at 17 and opened my first restaurant at 19. My brother and I went on to build the Hugos group, and later came years of cooking on television. The kitchen has been home my whole life.
Real food, cooked at home
For me, good health starts in the kitchen. I love nourishing whole food: good meat, wild seafood, eggs and plenty of veg, cooked simply and shared with the people I love.
Cooking at home is one of the best habits I know. It slows you down, brings the family together and puts you in charge of what goes on the plate.
For eight years I hosted A Moveable Feast in the USA. I travelled and met farmers and fisher people who care deeply about the food they grow and catch. Those people shaped how I cook to this day.
Why I came to Bitcoin
Bitcoin made sense to me the same way slow food does. Good things take time. Sound money rewards patience and a low time preference, the way a slow braise rewards the cook who waits.
I learned it myself, one small step at a time, by reading and asking questions. Then I wanted to explain it simply for my own family, my daughters and my 85-year-old mum. If it makes sense at our kitchen table, it can make sense at yours.
Where it all comes together
The Bitcoin Table is where these things meet. You'll find short Bitcoin lessons, the Daily Table, simple tools and real-food recipes, all in plain words and at your own pace.
I also talk health, food and life on my podcast, Evolve with Pete Evans. And I'm a Partner with The Bitcoin Adviser, for anyone who would like one-on-one help.
